We collect information you provide directly (name, email, organization details), usage data (feature usage, session logs), and technical data (IP addresses, browser type). For healthcare organizations, we process Protected Health Information (PHI) as a Business Associate under HIPAA.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; authenticate your identity; process billing; send important notices; improve the Service; comply with legal obligations; and provide customer support.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: service providers who assist in operating the platform (under BAA where applicable); legal authorities when required by law; and with your consent.
Data Security
We protect information with encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or later) and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging of access to patient information, and regular security assessments.
Data Retention
We keep account data while the account is active. Clinical records are kept for as long as state law and the practice's own policy require. You can ask for non-clinical data to be deleted at any time.
Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal information; correct inaccurate data; request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements); data portability; opt out of non-essential communications; and file a complaint with relevant authorities.

Children's Privacy
Therapy practices use Practivera to care for children. We handle children's health information on behalf of their practice, under HIPAA.
Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
